1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using LingoBubbles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. STANDARD EULA
The App is licensed to you under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). All provisions of the Standard EULA apply unless expressly overridden here.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
- • Types: We offer Free, Pro, and Pro+ tiers. Pro and Pro+ are auto-renewing subscriptions.
- • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- • Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- • Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. USE OF THE APP
- • Purpose: The App is a language learning tool designed for personal reference and study.
- • Accuracy: Machine translations (via Apple System API) are not perfect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any translation.
- • Critical Use: Do NOT use this App for critical medical, legal, or safety-related communications. You assume all risks associated with such use.
- • Prohibited Conduct: You may not reverse engineer the App, use automated scripts to scrape translations, or use the App to harass or harm others.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App source code, design, and original content are owned by the developer. Dictionary Data is used under open licenses. You retain copyright of your own input content.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We adhere to the warranty disclaimers set forth in the Standard EULA.
7. DATA BACKUP LIABILITY
The Google Drive Backup feature is a convenience tool. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or failure to restore data associated with this feature. You are responsible for maintaining your own Google Drive account and storage quota.
